Shipping policy

*TARIFFS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO MOST COUNTRIES. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR COUNTRY'S TARIFF LAWS to be aware of tariff charges at customs. Tariffs are NOT included in the shipping price of your order at Moonlet Jewelry.

Orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days.  A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent upon order completion.  **Please check your spam folder in case you don't see an email in your regular inbox.**

Arrival time within the U.S. is usually 2-3 days, give or take depending on circumstances. International delivery can be 1 -2 weeks, depending on circumstances. Please prepare for longer shipment times, however.

I include tracking numbers in an email confirmation.  If no email is left during the ordering process, it will be sent via text if phone number is available.

When a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the delivery process. I am not responsible for lost packages, however I can assist in tracking it down if it is stuck in my area.  Most packages eventually get delivered if they are misdirected to other towns or states.
