Ruby Slender Teardrop Copper Pendant w/Ruby Accent
A lovely slender upside-down teardrop shape ruby with magenta, black and white blended in. I’ve added a small ruby accent at the top and layered textured curves to decorate.
The ruby cabochon is nice and solid, not paper thin. The pendant has a satisfying heft to it, weighing 1.3 oz.
The copper is oxidized (darkened). Oxidization darkens the copper and I polish it to reveal a lovely pale pink-beige color. It gives an antique, vintage look and brings out the details in the weaving.
The pendant measures 3 x 1 1/4 inch.

CHAIN INFO
Copper chains: I buy these 99.9% copper chains raw and shiny so I can oxidize and polish them myself. This way the antiqued color matches the pendant perfectly instead of being too orange if they are copper-plated.
Sterling silver-filled and stainless steel chains are offered for all silver pendants.
