I keep it simple! I am on Instagram only and I have two accounts. My main account, @moonlet.jewelry was started as a backup account and is relatively new. I post regularly.
My old account is @moonletjewelry and I no longer post there.

NOTIFICATIONS
You get more information and order tracking if you create an account. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received. Your order is processed and sent out usually between 1 - 2 business days.
You will then receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent upon order completion. **Please check your spam folder in case you don't see an email in your regular inbox.**
Arrival time within the U.S. is usually 2-3 days, give or take depending on circumstances. International delivery is usually 1 - 8 weeks, depending on circumstances.
I include tracking numbers in an email confirmation. If no email is left during the ordering process, it will be sent via text.
When a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the delivery process. I am not responsible for lost packages, however I can assist in tracking it down.
*Shipping and tax information for International orders:
I cannot guarantee a timely arrival due to any restrictions in certain countries, or that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. This includes VAT charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

I accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item.

JEWELRY CARE
Your pendant comes in a gift box with a polishing cloth to remove naturally occurring tarnish.
Any jewelry cleaners, oils, chemicals, lotions can be damaging so please avoid wearing jewelry when in contact with them. It’s best to remove jewelry when showering or swimming as well. Polish gently with included jewelry cloth
Tarnish - Your copper jewelry comes already oxidized by a liver of sulphur process. This copper is still prone to natural tarnishing over time.
Pieces will become dull, orange or dark brown. That's why copper is nicknamed "the dirty metal." But it is very easily shined up beautifully by polishing before each use.
The polishing cloth/pad included in your package will work beautifully. These cloths (I recommend Sunshine brand) can be also bought online or in craft stores.
For woven pendants, a "Pro-Polish Polishing Cloth" is recommended.


How I Started Wire Wrapping
