SHIPPING: USPS ALERT
When a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the delivery process.
As of mid-December, millions of packages have been delayed due to Post office understaffing because of Covid, and an overwhelming amount of online purchases. Please note the alert from the United States Post Office website:
“ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU.”
Please be kind to the small businesses who can’t control the package delays.
I usually ship orders within one business day. It is unlikely, however sometimes they may be shipped within 2 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
I include tracking numbers in an email confirmation. If no email is left during the ordering process, it will be sent via text.
For International and Canadian orders:
I cannot guarantee a timely arrival due to any Covid restrictions in certain countries, or that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If you are not satisfied, or if there is a problem with the piece, please contact me, as I would rather work something out and rectify any problem you may have, especially if there was an error obviously made by me.
I accept returns within a month from the date of receipt of the item. Please contact me for more information.
**Items returned must include tracking to ensure I receive it and only upon receipt will I issue the refund.
