FAQ & Policies


I operate solely under my Instagram account @moonlethandcraftedjewelry.  Any other account of different names that uses my website,  pictures of my work or other artist's work is NOT authorized by me.  I am not affiliated with any other Instagram account except my official @moonlethandcraftedjewelry account.



I am not taking custom orders at this time... 

However, if you like one of my designs in the gallery of sold pieces, you can request to be notified when I make that design or something similar. I usually am able to recreate the design in a timely manner, depending on the stone used.

Check the box on the listing to be notified via email.



  1. Read the descriptions of each piece
  2. Note the size of the piece
  3. Choose your length of chain (18" chain is the default size)
  4. Make sure the price is right for you.  This will help avoid any dissatisfaction or second-guessing.   



I usually ship orders within one business day, so it's best to add one day extra to the shipping time stated next to the service you choose.  

It is unlikely, however sometimes they may be shipped within 2 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.

I include tracking numbers in an email confirmation.  If no email is left during the ordering process, it will be sent via text.

**Most lost packages can be recovered!  If your package is taking extra long to arrive:  sometimes they get overlooked during scanning or an address doesn't register and it gets set aside and not processed.  

While I am not responsible for lost or stuck packages,  I will gladly work with my Post Office to communicate with other post offices.  It has happened and the package was successfully recovered.  

For International and Canadian orders:

I cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.


Regretting a purchase.  I do not accept returns if you decide you don't like a piece (aka buyer's remorse). 

If there are any other issues, please contact me, as I would rather work something out and rectify any problem you may have, especially if there was an error  obviously made by me.

Items returned must include tracking to ensure I receive it.  I will not issue a refund on a piece that I have not received, therefore tracking the package will be very important.
