I am on Instagram only and I have two accounts. My main account, @moonlet.jewelry was started as a backup account and is relatively new. I post regularly.
My first and original one (started in 2018) is @moonletjewelry. While not my main account anymore, I still pop in and post a story almost daily..

Is my payment information safe?
Yes, it is. You can rest assured that I prioritize the security of your transactions. My site adheres to the highest security standards, including PCI DSS compliance, to protect sensitive customer data.

Do I get an order & shipping notification?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received. Your order is processed and sent out usually between 1 - 2 business days.
You will then receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Am I able to leave a note with my order?
Yes, at the bottom of your CART page, click the link that says “Add Instructions for Seller”. It gives you a box where you can leave a comment, a note/instructions or to request, for example, a different chain length.

Can I request a custom chain length?
Certainly! At the bottom of your CART page, click the link that says “Add Instructions for Seller”. It gives you a box where you can let me know the length you would prefer.
This will not affect the price.
What is the arrival time and cost?
The typical costs for postage within the United States is between $3.50 and $4.50 depending on package weight and destination.
I offer COMBINED SHIPPING when 2 or more pieces are ordered.
Domestic arrival time: Usually between 2-5 business days. The most common is 2 days, however this may not be the norm depending on other circumstances that may cause delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Arrival times may be up to 8 weeks depending on rate chosen and destination.
I cannot guarantee a timely arrival due to unforeseen circumstances or any restrictions in certain countries, or that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.
Please know your country's custom fees. This includes VAT charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
What's the return process?
Returns are paid by the buyer and must include tracking to ensure I receive it. Only upon receipt will I issue the refund.
I will provide the return address during our communication, or you can look on the original packaging if you have saved it.
Can I cancel my order?
I accept order cancellations however please note that your order will usually be processed that very day or first thing the next day. Once shipped and confirmation is sent to you, I cannot cancel the order.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Jewelry comes in a gift box with a polishing cloth to remove naturally occurring tarnish.
Any jewelry cleaners, oils, chemicals, lotions can be damaging so please avoid wearing jewelry when in contact with them. It’s best to remove jewelry when showering or swimming as well. Polish gently with included jewelry cloth.
Why does my copper jewelry look a bit orange, dull or dark brown?
Your copper jewelry comes already oxidized by a liver of sulphur process. This copper is still prone to natural tarnishing over time.
Pieces will become dull, orange or dark brown. That's why copper is nicknamed "the dirty metal." But it is very easily shined up beautifully by polishing before each use.
The polishing cloth/pad included in your package will work beautifully. These cloths (I recommend Sunshine brand) can be also bought online or in craft stores.
I recommend going to craft stores or jewelry supply stores in person or online because big box online retailers have been known to sell fake cloths under name brands, sadly. It has happened to me and these cloths just don't polish jewelry.
